This is first exclusive knife series in the world for professional servicemen, which is developed with cooperation of Mr. Fukuoka as main professor of FFCC and "Association des Maitres de Service". This is recommendation of "Association des Maitres de Serviees".

This is surprised flexible knife which realized by Tojiro own hardening technology. It made true by our passion to make only knives and it coud never be seen in another company in the world.
